Why choose wallpapers with a non-woven backing and vinyl surface?
- Wallpapers that can handle it all. The strong non-woven backing ensures easy hanging and removal, while the vinyl surface adds outstanding resistance to scratches and moisture. A great choice for hallways, kitchens or living rooms where walls really take a beating. Big bonus? Easy care – just wipe with a damp cloth. Step-by-step instructions are available in our wallpapering guide.
- Tip before wallpapering: Walls must be smooth, dry and clean. Fill any cracks, apply primer, keep the temperature around 20 °C, avoid ventilation for at least 48 hours and always check the batch number (Batch No.).
Wallpapers That Make for a Comfortable Home
Pia by Novamur is a collection that doesn’t try to be anything it’s not—and that’s precisely what makes it so charming. It combines natural and decorative motifs with subtle textures and a pleasant color palette that blends seamlessly into modern interiors.
The patterns draw inspiration primarily from nature. Leaves and botanical motifs complement textured wallpapers that you can use on their own or mix and match. This way, you can feature a bolder pattern on the focal wall while keeping the rest of the room in a calmer tone.
The colors are also chosen to be easy to work with. Muted greens, beiges, creams, grays, and other natural shades create a cozy foundation that pairs well with wood, simple furniture, and bolder accessories.
Simply put, Pia is a collection designed for beautiful everyday living. No complicated combinations or grand design statements. Just wallpapers that add a special touch to your walls and give the room that “I’m truly home” feeling.
Novamur is a manufacturer of wallpaper that is popular for its attractive appearance, good quality, and affordable price. It offers a wide variety of designs—from simple to more striking—so everyone can choose something that suits their style. Thanks to its partnership with the German brand Marburg, the wallpapers are well-crafted and can make an interior feel cozy and create a pleasant atmosphere.
A perfect match is the combination of a feature wallpaper that captures attention with a bold pattern or colour, and a complementary wallpaper that softens the space with a subtle design or neutral shade. Together, they create an interior that feels both harmonious and stylish. And the best part? You can be sure the wallpapers go together – related wallpapers are always from the same manufacturer and made of the same material.
